Our Texas Issues & Appeals group has many years of experience appearing before the Fifth Circuit, the Texas Supreme Court, intermediate appellate courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as the Nevada and Oklahoma appellate courts and trial courts throughout the region. Our Texas practice is led by Thomas Allen

But, distinctive among firms with a major presence in Texas, we are part of a nationwide appellate practice that can represent clients both in the region and across the country. As a result, our lawyers have an unmatched ability to represent clients in their most significant and difficult legal controversies.
